Insights on Pregnancy
So, this being our first pregnancy, it’s been quite the year of adventure for us. Like every pregnancy, we’ve had ups and downs, but when the end result is a little miracle from God, we’ve learned to take it all in stride. Here are some things we’ve noticed along the way…
- Every woman has a pregnancy story…whether she’s been pregnant or not. Some men do too.
- No one really knows how to look at an ultrasound picture except the technician and possibly the parents-to-be.
- The only people that reach out to touch your tummy in public are people who you’d really rather not.
- Being fat and being pregnant are two totally different feelings.
- Cravings and aversions come and go. So do the aches and pains.
- You’ve never had to work so hard to wear a seatbelt or a napkin.

Welcome to our Lima Bean blog! You’d think with the technology savvy of this family, we’d have gotten this running a little sooner. Oh well! My real reason for beginning this blog is to have a place to share info and pictures about our expanding family. And to keep up with the Bucher Illustrators. So far, we’re now one for two.
